These days a lot of people find themselves working from home. Maybe there are even kids playing around your desk. This new situation can give a fresh impulse to your routine. So let’s immediately kick-off with integrating some healthy habits.

Let's replace your lunch or coffee break with some walks around the block. Pro tip: Put it in your calendar.  Even if it's short, planning something in your calendar ensures that you have the time to walk and stay active. What beautiful spots in your neighbourhood will you discover?


Mindful break 🤯

Let’s take advantage of our newfound freedom at home. Sometimes days at work can be intense, right? Wouldn’t it be great to take a relaxation break in the way that you like it the best? Well, you have the power to do that now. Try to take a break every 45-60 minutes. Put your phone on aeroplane mode for 5 minutes and relax. Focus on your breath or play a game with the kids.
