Block an hour for yourself😅

When we are at home, we might tend to skip our well-deserved breaks. Block at least 30 minutes to one hour for yourself to do things that energize you! This can be a walk in the sun, a quick call with a friend, or a delicious healthy lunch.

Evening? Swap your phone for a book, a chat or the guitar!🎸

In a world where we’re connected 24/7, it can be hard to detach. Sometimes, we need to give our minds a break. Let’s put your phone on aeroplane mode and pick a book you love or grab your guitar. Do you already feel more relaxed?!
