What is your background and position?
I have a background in social & political sciences. Within Globachem, I am responsible for foreign payroll and human resources
What problem were you trying to solve using NewU?
We are especially looking for a way to connect our employees with each other, as well as with our organization. Our employees are spread all over the world. This brings the necessary challenges in terms of connection.
What (measurable) effect has NewU had on your organization?
A number of good habits were created, such as drinking 1l of water every day. But employees also learned about mindfulness and yoga. Furthermore, employees also got to know each other better in terms of collegiality, competitiveness and trust.
What is the reason you chose NewU?
The UX/UI is on point. Furthermore, they had an attractive price and I had good contact with Gijs.
How would you describe your experience with NewU?
Very positive. The strong points I found the that the app is very functional, with a good follow-up and guidance from A to Z. The contact was very good and they are open to good ideas.
