The Challenge
Our employees are spread across different countries, so we feel it is important to encourage additional connection between colleagues. In addition, our goal is to bring absenteeism down.

Why NewU?
The look and feel of the app really appeals to us and allows all our colleagues to use it. Especially that the app is available in different languages really appeals to us because we have an international team.

The Solution
Super positive! The NewU team is very involved and are constantly developing new features for the app. They also really try to tailor the initiatives to organizational needs. Overall positive. In some countries the app was widely used, in others somewhat less. But the employees who used the app were definitely positive about the usability and the wide range of habits and the many initiatives that have been launched over the past year.
