What is your background and position ?
I have been working at Lok in the position of HR manager since April.
What problem were you trying to solve using NewU ?
Vitality is a topic that was in its infancy at Lok before I came. Now we are making strides, we have fruit in the workplace, exercise with each other and with NewU I also hope to encourage employees to make healthier choices in other areas. This could be the no caffeine after 4 p.m. or make that compliment to that hard-working colleague for once.
*Question 3: What (measurable) effect has NewU had on your organization ?
What you see in the portal is that 1 third of employees are participating. It is talked about at the coffee table and at lunch. It is alive in quite a large part of the organization. People are taking part and there are even people in the top 3 who I didn't expect. Super nice to see.
What is the reason you chose NewU ?
It's simple, looks nice and they are open to new ideas. Which allows you to make it completely your own as a company.
How would you describe your experience with NewU ?
Positive, the enthusiasm with which it is picked up internally and the easy and motivating communication with NewU itself is pleasant.
